We proposed an custom LMS where industries could easily register their employees for training programs tailored to their specific needs.
Our proposal included a data management system that allows users to access and analyze crucial data and has strong reporting capabilities. We put in place strict data access rules to maintain data security.
The Admin will be able to oversee a number of operations for the company, including user accounts for the industry, internal procedures, training programmes, employee performance, user accounts for employees, communication channels, employee reports, testing, and content.

Previously, the company used to manually administer and grade exams using test accessors and test moderators. But now we've implemented an online system that can check and recheck tests quickly and accurately.
The employees can take virtual/online training for their courses, and when they're finished, they can get certifications depending on their performance reviews.
Both the admins and users can keep track of how well employees are doing in their classes.
The administrator can create customized courses based on specific needs.
The creation of reports and results for the tests is now automated.
Employees can easily add courses they find on external sites to this platform for easy access.
The super admin has the authority to establish and manage subscriptions, respond to subscription requests, and initiate communication requests to corporate users.
The super admin can assign access rights to users based on their job roles.
The Admin can keep tabs on employee performance.
The administrator has control over course pricing and can indicate whether a course is free or not. The administrator can also enroll particular employees in either free or paid courses.
The admin can track which courses each user has enrolled in and can monitor who are in a queue to buy the course.
Within the system, users can create dynamic reports that offer useful information.
