We proposed the development of a website platform for the municipality staff, parents and other system actors to completely digitize the program.
Since the system was developed for Norwegian Students, the System need integration with several official Norwegian data providers to verify the Parent and Student identity.
We suggested the client to bifurcate the entire system into multiple users based on the functions and rights of each system actors.
Various meetings were conducted with the client by a team of the Business Analyst and the Project Manager to understand the client’s requirements.
Based on the meetings and suggestions from client, a detailed scope of work, feature list and user personas were defined.
With the use of agile methodology, a dynamic web platform with multiple users was developed for the client without missing any milestones.
After the platform was built, we provided system integrations services to digitize the entire process and make it an ecosystem.
Regression testing and integration testing was used to test User Story implementation at each milestone, while the client also conducted UAT for the developed system.

With ID Porten login, users can login into the system without any registering any personal details.
Once the user logs in, the system will fetch all the details from the ID porten and show them to user.
The system was bifurcated for 2 end-user’s parents and children and they had access to information accordingly.
Parents can enrol their children into their desired activities and can also claim subsidy from the system.

Administrators can manage the activities and sub-units of the activity provider from the system.
The parents can also make partial or full payment of their chosen activities from the system.
Parents can register for activities by either subsidy or registration invoice or can directly pay with card.

Parents can register with unpaid invoice, invoice with/without deductibles and paid invoice.
