We proposed unifying purchase orders, sales orders, freight memos, inventory, and expenses into a single web-based ERP for the produce industry. This solution removed duplicate data entry, reduced errors, and established a single source of truth. With real-time synchronization, the ERP streamlined transactions and improved overall efficiency.
Our team proposed integrating comprehensive financial workflows, including bank management, cheque processing, reconciliation, and expense tracking, directly into the ERP. This ensured financial records remained accurate and up to date while streamlining traditionally manual and time-intensive processes.
We also suggested implementing a robust suite of operational and financial reports, including balance sheets, profit & loss statements, reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable tracking. This provided stakeholders with real-time insights, supporting faster, data-driven decision-making and greater visibility into overall business performance.
