The client required a complete club management system to efficiently track memberships, manage billing processes, and streamline scheduling for various activity programs. They sought a solution that would automate these tasks while enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

To offer and manage their activities in the club program, bookings, and generating trip reports.
Admin can manage the club’s website role- based user access and modules.
To manage their club membership, browse and filter activities, book activities and receive newsletters.
Transforming the functionalities of the existing physical system gradually into a dynamic role-based website for various users.
Integration of secured online Payment Gateway, PayPal and Pay via credit/debit cards for processing annual club memberships fees from users.
An option for offline payment methods-Cheque and Bank Transfers were also available for users to pay offline.
CodeIgniter framework was used to achieve core functionality of the website – which included complete Club Management along with WordPress framework to give the effective UI look and feel of the website to end users.
Implementation of a feedback and review system for the club members to share their experiences and suggestions for improving the online club activities management web application.

Admin can manage all users, manage role-based module access granted to users, manage club membership fees, user fees receipts, activity program management, export activity list to PDF/CSV files, view trip reports, manage newsletters, customize email templates, and custom report builder.
Users can sort shops by floors or product categories to find the nearest ones.
The members can browse club activities, renew club memberships, request a booking, view booking status, view participating activities, view and search trip reports, view newsletters and other members, and manage renewal of club membership.
The guest users can browse the informational pages on the website, apply and pay for club membership, browse and filter activity programs, and request for bookings.
